-Follow-up inspection to December 03, 2021. -Prep cooler has been serviced. Refrigeration gas was added to the cooler unit. Cooler was at 2C (top) and 4C (bottom). -Continue to monitor cooler on a daily basis and contact a service technician as needed. -Condition of the Public Health Act Closure Order issued July 22, 2021 have been met. Public Health Act Closure Order has been rescinded. Facility is given approval to resume operations. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
