Comments

- Handsink in the bar area, back kitchen area and washrooms are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers- walk-in cooler, upright storage cooler(outside) two prep cooler, walk-in bear cooler and bar coolers are measured at less than 4C
- All freezers are functional
- Hot holding units are greater than 60C
- Dishwasher is measured dispensing 50ppm chlorine residual during final rinse cycle
- Glass washer is measured at 100ppm chlorine during final rinse cycle
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottles is measured at 200ppm quats solution
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Foodsafe certified staff is present on site
