- good hand hygiene observed
- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats in spray bottles and sanitizer container
- dishwasher dispensed 100ppm chlorine at the final rinse cycle
- ice machine clean, scoop stored separately
- soda nozzles appear in sanitary condition
- no obvious signs of pests; pest reports reviewed
- leak in back closet repaired
- general sanitation is satisfactory
