ALL ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Facility in EXCELLENT sanitary condition.
- All areas have been cleaned and sanitized
- No accumulation of grease
- All equipment has been cleaned, all floors have been cleaned
- Additional traps have been set
- Holes have been sealed throughout facility
- Lids placed on garbage cans, bar areas cleaned routinely, extra traps set all in an effort to eliminate fly infestation - only few fruit flies observed throughout.
- Food items placed in pest proof containers
- Hot water on floor daily to treat cockroach infestation - none found during follow up inspection
- Vents of exhaust canopy cleaned daily
- De-cluttering has occurred

NOTE: Two hour implementation of sushi in place. Records kept accurately including time, date, amount and type of product, amount discarded. Continue this record keeping.

There has been significant improvements since first routine inspection conducted by Health Inspector. Continue to maintain this high level of sanitation.
