Observation: Temperature of some of the items on the steam table was not hot enough.
Correction: Staff refilled the steam table with cold water. Fill steam table with hot water only. Do not allow food to cool down to below 60C/140F.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Permanently stained rags continued to be used.
Correction: Two were discarded. Obtain clean rags free of excessive stains for cleaning the kitchen.

Kitchen clean up has been done. Clean wiping clothes are available. Violations code 206 &302 (noted above) from the previous inspection have been corrected.
Continue to keep the kitchen clean (deep cleaning Sunday).
Health violation order lifted.
