Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station is obstructed with bags of onions and oil containers.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the bags of onions and oil containers to clear the handwashing station. Handwashing station must be clear of any obstruction to ensure proper hand hygiene of staff.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sugar, salt, spices in the back storage area was not covered to protect from contamination.

Observation: Bottle crates was stored underneath the dry storage racks and stainless steel worktable beside the handwashing sink.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all bottle crates underneath the aforementioned areas to facilitate ease of cleaning. Corrected by: June 1, 2021.

Observation: Stand-up freezer was measured at -12C air ambient temperature. No potentially hazardouse frozen foods was being stored in the stand-up freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Service the stand-up freezer to be holding an air ambient temperature of at least -18C or lower. Corrected by: June 1, 2021.

Observation: Stand-up freezer, prep cooler, pizza cooler, and walk-in cooler does not have an accurate thermometer inside the units.
Corrective Action(s): Purchase and place accurate thermometers inside all cooling units. Corrected by: June 1, 2021.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Health check conducted and documented daily for all staff. NOTE: Develop COVID-19 Safety Plan and ensure it is available onsite. Update occupancy signage.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser and spray bottles at 200ppm.
Pizza cooler, prep cooler, and walk-in cooler met temperature health requirements.
No signs of pests observed.
Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
