Observation: Stand-up freezer was measured at -11C air ambient temperature. No potentially hazardouse frozen foods was being stored in the stand-up freezer. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION.
Corrective Action(s): Service the stand-up freezer to be holding an air ambient temperature of at least -18C or lower. Corrected by: Next routine inspection.

Observation: Can opener observed to have a built-up of debris on the blade.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the blade of the can opener. Corrected by: June 1, 2021.

Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C3FMZL.
All the following non-critical infractions have been corrected:
-COVID-19 Safety Plan on-site.
-Occupancy limit sign updated.
-Accurate thermometer placed in all cold-holding units.
-Bottle crates removed underneath the dry storage racks and stainless worktable beside the handsink

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
