Handsink equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-Walk in cooler: 3 deg C
-Walk in freezer: -15 deg C
-Cooler drawers underneath cooking line with raw burger patties inside at 4 deg C or less
-Foods in coolers covered
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 73.5 deg C on rinse cycle ( minimum 71 deg C required)
-Quat sanitizer in spray bottle was at 200 ppm quats
-Separate tongs/utensils to handle raw burger patties and cooked ones
-FoodSafe certified staff on site
-General sanitation is good, floors and equipment had recently been thoroughly cleaned
