Routine Inspection Conducted
- No food preparation observed during inspection. Staff stated that meals are only prepared on Tuesdays. Minimal food storage observed on site.

Observations:
- All coolers at or below 4'C
- All food observed stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- General sanitation is excellent during inspection
- High-temperature dishwasher available on site (Note: dishwasher was not checked during inspection as it was turned off and not in use during inspection)
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- Bleach available on site
- Equipment stored in a sanitary manner
- Ventilation canopy observed in good sanitary condition

Reminders:
- Ensure dishwasher rinse water is verified at or above 71'C at the plate surface for adequate sanitizing of dishware, utensils and equipment
- Ensure bleach sanitizer is prepared at a concentration of 200 ppm chlorine by mixing 1/2-1 teaspoon of bleach with 1L of water during meal preparation times
