Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Buckets of sanitizer for wiping rags noted with 0 concentration.
Corrective Action(s): - Test the concentration of sanitizer upon filling it up- ensure the sanitizer concentration is at proper level 200 ppm (quarts) at all time-
Sanitizer bucket is changed with fresh solution every 4 hrs, recommended to check every 2 hrs and change as needed.

Observation: Some mold noted under white plate and around it in ice machine, not at ice level- operator not able to open the ice making part at time of visit .
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize it. Open the top part clean and sanitize as needed.

-Good personal hygiene noted by staff (hair control, disposable gloves and changing frequently...)
-Temp log sheet is on site and up to date
-No expired products noted
-Foods are properly covered in coolers and freezers ( just a couple fallen foods in freezer- discard them)
-No sign of pests noted at time of visit.
-General sanitation is satisfactory.
-Food safe certified staff on duty.
