Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dish washer sanitizer level measured less than 50ppm chlorine at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Staff adjusted sanitizer output, and it is now producing 100ppm chlorine sanitizer at the surface of the plates (minimum 50ppm).

For Correction:
- Obtain chlorine test strips and start a daily dish washer sanitizer log
- Walls showing signs of wear, and some food debris accumulation. Clean and consider resurfacing in near future.
- Ensure that cleaning cloths are stored in 200ppm Quat sanitizer while not in use

- Hand sinks have hot and cold water, soap and paper towel
- Other coolers <4C
- Freezers -18C
- Temperature logs in use and up to date
- Sanitizer dispenser produces 200ppm Quats sanitizer.
