Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Hand sink in the kitchen area as well as staff washrooms did not have soap in the soap dispensers.
Correction: Ensure there is constant supply of liquid soap and paper towels in the hand sink at all times. Staff to inform operator when supply is running low so that appropriate ordering can be done prior to running out of supplies.
Comments

All hand wash sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Walk-in cooler was in defrost cycle. Temperature at time of visit was at -14 deg C (in defrost cycle - same time yesterday)
Food items protected from contamination - ice cream covered and foods in the walk-in cooler.
Cleaning and organizing has been done.
Still outstanding:
Code 502- Operator and staff to re-take Food Safe 1. Operator will need to do FS before July. He has told staff to get their Food Safe 1.
Code 307- Shelving units to be changed so that surface is non-porous and washable.
