-Handsink at the front of kitchen has been repaired and is now functional. -Paper towel is present in the dispenser at the handwashing sink in the cooking line area -Organization/storage of items in the walk-in cooler has improved. All items were covered with plastic wrap or lids and no items were noted to be double stacked (where food product is in direct contact with bottom of another container). -Lighting in dry storage room has been increased and an improvement in organization and cleanliness noted.
