1. As mentioned in previous inspection, there is only one cooler (walk-in) for the entire facility. It is highly recommended to have an additional cooler (2 or 3-door cooler) available in facility as a back up.
2. Bleach sanitizer used in facility requires a potable water rinse after use. Facility needs to find another option - ones requiring no potable water rinse.
