On Follow-Up: -The cooler has not been fixed. Operator was not on-site. Staff on duty was using the side of the cooler that isn't able to maintain a safe temperature. Spoke with operator over the phone. He said the repairman will be coming today to provide options since the cooler may require another fan. Told manager to call/email me an update by the end of today. Since the foods had been moved from the walk-in into the cooler an hour ago, foods were allowed to be placed back in the walk-in cooler. DO NOT USE THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE COOLER UNTIL IT HAS BEEN FIXED AND CAN MAINTAIN A TEMPERATURE OF 4 DEGREES CELSIUS OR BELOW. -The paper towel dispensers are still not dispensing paper towels. YOU HAVE UNTIL FRIDAY, FEB. 23 TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES.
