Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted: Under-counter coolers in the kiosk were less than 4C and equipped with thermometer. Sandwich display case cooler at 2C. Standup cooler in the back storage at 4C and equipped with thermometer. Stand up freezer in the back storage area was at -18C. High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature of 75C at plate level. 2 compartment sink satisfactory. Quats dispenser at 200ppm and quats test strips were available. hand washing station satisfactory. Facility has a monthly contract with pest control company. Reviewed the November 2019 and no pest activity was noted. No pest activity noted at the time of inspection. Food items stored at less 6 inches off the ground within the kiosk and in the back storage area.
