On Follow-Up:
-Dishwasher leak has been fixed.
-Cleaning issues have been addressed. The floor drain has been cleaned. Keep it in this condition.
-A small probe thermometer has been purchased.
-Paper towel dispenser in the back has been fixed.

Outstanding items:
-Chicken in the warming oven beside the cooler was at 55 degC. Operator said he reheated the cold, cooked chicken to 74 degC then turned it down. Make sure when you turn it down, the temperature of the chicken is still maintained at 60 degC or above.
