Premise is not open for the public as per operator -still training preparation and soft opening for friends and family If this is the case then TURN OFF the "Open" sign at the front. Google search for premise indicates premise is open -change to closed Operator states the opening date has been postponed for next Monday July 17. - Did observe the back kitchen was very cluttered with propane tanks(?), extra microwave on paint can, enormous pot has yet to be removed (does not fit wash sinks) goods yet to be thrown out, handsink blocked, no paper towels in dispenser foods were being prepared --> operator indicates it will be cleared out tonight - All areas must be cleaned and sanitized , sinks clear for use before opening. Note as a reminder you MUST follow your approved Food Safety Plan as it indicates there is no advanced food preparation -all foods are cook-to-serve only. You will need to re-submit the Food Safety Plan if you want this to change **Operator indicates possible extra external storage area downstairs -you will need to submit Floor Plans for any additional storage areas indicating flooring/wall materials, fridge/freezer/shelf locations as for the kitchen NOTE: operator to place extra drain racks above the dishpit area to aid in warewashing
