Comments

Routine inspection conducted.

Temperature:
- All coolers maintained at or below 4C.
- Freezers at or below -18C.
- Hot holding units recorded above 60C.
- Temperature logs are maintained.

Storage and Food handling:
- Food storage and food handling practices were satisfactory.
- All food products were stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Chemicals were stored in a designated area.

Sanitation and Maintenance:
- Handwash station had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment sink available and used for manual warewashing.
- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in sanitizing pails and at the dispensing unit.
- Drain plugs and test strips available.
- Pest Control Company conducts monthly checks. Inspection report verified at the time of inspection.
- Overall, general sanitation was satisfactory.

Administrative:
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent (Sept 10, 2023).
