3. Small circular hole under dishwashing sinks
4. Large holes in wall/around piping behind dishwasher unit
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all surfaces/walls are smooth, durable, non-absorbent and easy to clean.
1. Replace caulking behind hand sink
2/3/4 Seal all holes in wall to prevent pest entry and allow for proper cleaning/ maintaining.
