Spicy sauce is stored at 80C today, single insert only.
Mice droppings under front service area has been removed. Please clean this area at least once a week to properly monitor mice activity.
Same comment was noted on the Aug 15 pest control report reviewed onsite. Please follow recommendations on the report when premises is serviced monthly.
Spill in dry storage room has been removed.
Owner and one other staff has completed Canadian Food Safety Training as per certificate posted on wall.
