Discussed extra precautions to follow for COVID 19 with operator. Added sanitation in dining area good idea. Better visibility to customers on handwashing a good idea. No specific recommendations to public yet available, but coming.
Cooling units less than 4 C.
Freezer ok
Dishwasher above 74 C.
Add a sanitizer spray bottle to the front and try to keep off the floor to prevent any potential cross contamination.

Make sure to stock all handwash stations with paper towels, and liquid soap.
Hand sanitizer may be a good addition to handwashing may be good added measure during COVID 19.

General sanitation pretty good.
Food purchasing and storage practices well controlled.
