Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed surface sanitizer registering below required range - Sink & Surface cleaner registering between 0 and 170ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that Sink & Surface sanitizer concentration is at the appropriate concentration for proper sanitation of surface. Operator to use a bleach solution in the interim until chemical dispenser for sanitizer solution is adjusted.
