Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Staff health check conducted and documented daily. NOTE: Update COVID-19 Safety Plan to indicate maximum occupancy limit within the facility. Post Sign at back door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer buckets and dispenser measured at 200ppm.
Prep cooler and stand-up cooler measured at 4C. Stand-up freezer at back of house measured at -14C. Stand-up freezer on line measured at -9C. Hot-holding unit measured at 74C. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration and hot-holding units adheres to temperature health requirements.
No signs of pests observed.
Overall, facility is well organized and clean.

Follow-up inspection for report#AFOK-BL4UG3
-premise free of pest. EcoLab comes in monthly for pest control. Latest pest report (May 10, 2021) indicated no cockroach and mice observed in traps set throughout the premise.
