Observation: Rodent droppings observed on lower shelf of kitchen shelf where pans are stored, lower shelf of rolling rack for menus, and in storage closet (rice storage area) on floor.
CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Staff cleaned and sanitized all affected areas with 200ppm Chlorine.

Observation: Fruit fly infestation observed in dishwashing area. Bubble tea machine in use in this area. Ensure all sticky spills are cleaned nightly. Relocate syrups to coolers at night or bag them up.
The sweet syrup is a food source for fruit flies.
To minimize infestation eliminate food sources: clean spills and remove syrups (or bag tops)

- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 72 (72.6) degrees Celsius at the dish
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine
- Ice machine and scoop in good sanitary condition
- Raw meat stored away from Ready to Eat food items
