- Fridge 2 upstairs was 4 C
- Freezer upstairs was - 10 C
- Display cooler was 4 C
- Milk cooler was 3 C
- Salad prep cooler was 4 C
- Soup was 60 C
- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Spray bottles had 200 ppm quat
- 3 compartment sink had 200 ppm quat
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 190 F at gauge and 78 C at plate.
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory (slight cleaning in drawers and cupboards around coffee area).
NOTE: new menu may be launched in near future, ensure Food Safety Plan reflects new menu. Submit any changes to the Food Safety Plan to the Health Department for review.
NOTE: new fridges have replaced the older fridges upstairs. Reminder no health approval is required if changing one unit for a newer unit or doing cosmetic changes, however, if moving locations of equipment or adding/removing equipment health approval is required.
