Observation: 1. Light cover in the back by washing machine is cracked exposing the light bulb
2. Low temperature dishwasher wash temperature at 118F after running numerous cycles. Manufacturer's guide states that the wash water should be at 120F.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Replace the light cover
2. Please address to ensure wash water is reaching the temperature stated in the manufacturer's guide. Note: hot water measured in the sink is 145F.

General Comments:
- Handwashing sinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. In addition to washing hands as needed, an alarm to remind the employees to hand wash sounds off every 30 minutes.
- Remaining coolers maintaining foods at 4C or colder
- Freezers maintaining foods at -18C
- Chicken nuggets and patties in hot holding unit measured at 60C or hotter
- Cloths kept in 100ppm chlorine solution. Good
- Sanitizer spray bottle is measured at 400ppm QUATs residual as per manufacturer's guide
- Low temperature dishwasher sanitizer concentration measured at 100ppm chlorine residual
- Pest management program in place
