-FoodSafe refresher handout provided during the inspection. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests, pest control report reviewed. Temperature records up to date. Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 74 C at the plate level. Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm. Ice machine was clean. General sanitation was satisfactory.
