Ensure to monitor these areas on a weekly basis *Ensure that all items are stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Upright cooler below 4 C Sandwich preparation cooler below 4 C. Front beverage display cooler < 4 C. Dishwasher final rinse: 71 C Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink.
