Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection: Walk-in cooler and under-counter cooler were both less than 4C and equipped with thermometers. Walk-in freezer at -18C. Temperature log for cooler and freezer units maintained daily. General sanitation was satisfactory. No pest activity noted. Food items properly covered. Time tracking system in place for pizza products stored less than 60C. Food products have a 1.5 hr hold time and expiration time is written on the individual sign for the pizza products. Hand washing station satisfactory. 3-compartment sink available. Quats dispenser was at 200ppm. The following item is going to be corrected: Broken tile noted under the pizza oven unit. Based on conversation with staff, the broken tile is going to be repaired within the next 2 weeks.
