302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (REPEATED VIOLATION) A spray bottle of QUATS sanitizer was measured at 100 ppm as per test strips. The operator refilled the bottle with 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer at this time. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 5

Routine inspection conducted: Hand sink was fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All coolers at or below 4 degrees C. Freezer at or below -18 degrees C. Hot holding operates at or above 60 degrees C. (After correction) QUATS sanitizer measured at 200 ppm. General sanitation is adequate. Foods adequately covered and protected from contamination. No evidence of recent pest activity at this time. Washroom in sanitary condition. NOTE: Further repeated violation in regards to concentration of QUATS sanitizer may proceeds to enforcement actions such as issue of violation ticket, etc. Please contact your district Environmental Health Officer for any questions or concerns.
