Routine inspection: - Coolers at 4C or less. - Freezers at -18C or less. - Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200 quats sanitizer available in spray bottle and from the dispenser. Ensure sanitizer in bottles are changed at least on a daily basis. - 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. - Bulk food area maintained in sanitary condition. - Randomly select baby formula / health product within expiration date. - General sanitation satisfactory. *Received information that the store had a power outage last night. Manager on site stated potentially hazardous foods were transferred to refrigeration trucks for storage.
