Bleach sanitizer available in 100ppm, wiping clothes soaked
Drying rack maintained, fly trap cleaned
Food storage is adequate, raw meats stored on the bottom.
Miso soup (take out containers) are no longer stacked but are stored in one layer, covered with lids.
Food splashes around sauce hot holding units have been removed.
