Routine check. No changes in operation from previous inspections. Hair services ONLY. No shaving/ no razors. No eyelash/brow tints. Barbicide disinfectant is used for combs and brushes. Container < half filled - see above. Extra barbicide is available on site. Container has DIN number - good. Clippercide disinfectant spray is used for disinfecting clippers and scissors. **Clean clipper drawer and clean clippers more often. Capes - are laundered in washing machine. Towels - towels are new for each client. Using hot dry dryer setting (off site laundry). Neck papers - often used (not available today). Hair washing sink - Backflow prevention - ***Keep hose in cradle at all times to create an air gap (no vacuum breaker on sink). Washroom has hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels in dispenser at hand sink. Copy of this report to be emailed to owner/operator.
