Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] (- Sliding door cooler was at 8 degrees C. Large order was being put away.
- Food in sushi bar out side of cooler (in tray) was at 8-12 degrees C.)
Comments

-Cleaning has been completed as outlined in previous report. Additional organization and cleaning has been completed in dry storage area.
-Improvements/repairs to walls have been made. Tile has been put in place.
-Level of sanitation has improved significantly since the previous inspection. Ongoing attention and adherence to cleaning schedule is needed to ensure premises is maintained in this condition.
-Bleach sanitizer solution (100ppm chlorine) in labeled spray bottles
-Chicken is now being prepped in alternate location closer to handwash station in kitchen. *Self closing feature needs installed on staff washroom door.
