-QUAT sanitizer dispenser and buckets >200ppm residual -rinsed wiping towels maintained in solution when not actively used

Daily temperature/concentration records maintained -good

Handwash sinks adequately stocked and clear for use
General sanitation good including hard-to-reach areas such as under the stoves
No signs of pests -Orkin Pest Control comes in monthly -last work report reviewed -ensure all observations are corrected from the work reports
