Handle had fallen into product - ensure the handle is hooked on the edge to prevent it from falling in, or keep your scoops outside of the product containers. 2) BBQ sauce and a small squeeze bottle of ranch dressing found at room temperature. - both of these items must be in cold storage when not in use.
