Corrective Action(s): Clean and organize facility. Store all items in designated areas. Remove any unused items. Cleaning of "hard to reach" areas are to be conducted routinely. Establish a cleaning program for this facility.

- Temperature Control: No concerns. Monitoring conducted. Logs reviewed..
- Mechanical Dishwasher: High temperature = Ok. Ensure all food contact surfaces/implements are being washed and disinfected on a timely manner. (ie: 3-4 hours)
-> Wiping cloth storage discussed. Cloths are to be kept completely submerged, stored in a sanitizer solution at all times.
- Food Storage: Dry Storage room: All food items are to be kept stored off of floors.
- Chemical storage: Items are to be kept stored separately from food items.
- Sanitary Facilities: Ok.
- Staff hygiene: Reviewed.
- Sanitation: See Violation Notes.
- Ice bin cleaning and disinfection discussed. Ice scoop are being utilized.
- Garbage, Recycling and Composting Storage: All items are to be kept stored in covered, rodent proof containers.
- Pest Control: Monitoring required.
- Food Safe trained staff are required to be on site at all times. As discussed.
- Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan are to be kept on site for reference.
