Routine inspection: - All hand wash stations had hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towel - 200ppm Quats available in sanitizing buckets - High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or greater - 2 stainless steel upright freezers in the back room were -18C or lower - 3 stainless steel coolers in back room were 4C or lower - All undercounter coolers were 4C or lower - Ice machine was in good condition - FIFO labelled and being policy being followed - Food storage practices were good; all food items were stored at least 6 inches off of the ground - No evidence of pest activity was observed during inspection - General sanitation and cleanliness was good Please contact the health officer if you have any questions or concerns
