Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dried on debris observed in vegetable chopper.
Corrective Action(s): Vegetable chopper was cleaned/washed, rinsed, and sanitized at time of inspection. Ensure equipment and utensils are properly washed, rinsed and sanitized after each use to prevent potential contamination of food.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure paper towel dispensers are stocked and are functioning properly (i.e. capable of dispensing paper towels). Keeping paper towels within functional paper towel dispensers reduces the risk of paper towels being misplaced or unavailable near hand sinks. Date to be corrected by: October 24, 2023.
