Facility not in use at time of inspection. Kitchen is open seasonally and rented by sports clubs or temporary events. Hot and cold water available connected to City water. Hand washing sink fully stocked. Bleach sanitizer available when facility is in use. Premise is sanitary. No signs of pest. Stove is disconnected. Facility in compliance. One fridge is available but not turned on. If the fridge is to be used for temporary event, ensure fridge can maintain temperatures of 4C and below for food storage. Recommendation: For busy temporary events, have extra inventory of paper towels and soap in case facility runs out.
