Observation: Observed back countertop being repaired with duct-tape. Duct tape is not a suitable material for repairing countertops as they are not eaily cleanable. This is a continuous infraction. Another finding may lead to progressive enforcement.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to remove duct tape and repair the countertop with a suitable material that is water-resistant and eaily cleanable. Order for repair is in place in November 2017.
