Observation: Some cleaning has been done, but rodent droppings still present throughout facility:
- At the front counter area beside the coolers
- At the back area, there is a deceased mouse on a sticky trap
- Behind the dough mixer
- Small number of droppings around the packaged cardboard containers outside the walk-in cooler
- Droppings observed inside one bin underneath the prep table
Corrective Action(s): Remove these rodent droppings immediately and provide the most recent pest control report. Spray down droppings with 1 part bleach, 9 parts water and wipe with a paper towel afterwards.

Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on Sep 25, 2018. While some cleaning has been done, there is still signs of rodent droppings throughout the premise. Failure to address the rodent infestation in a timely manner may eventually result in further enforcement.
