Comments

Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water and liquid soap and paper towels provided in dispensers.
Sanitizer (quats) was at 200 ppm (3rd compartment sink).
Display cooler and line cooler were below 4 deg C (3.7 deg C).
Freezer for frozen fruit and sorbet was at -14 deg C.
Yogurt was at 3.4 deg C.
Upright cooler was at 4 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Walk-in freezer was at -16 deg C.
Only one person on duty - vegetable delivery. Ensure all vegetables are put away and stored off the floor.
Ice machine was in sanitary condition.
Washroom was clean and supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit.
