Noted areas of improvement and cleaning in the basement storage and food prep areas including: Floor drain and surrounding area, walls at beverage syrups station, general floor throughout (cleaning), ceiling plumbing network leaks (replaced coupling gaskets), floor of walk-in cooler. Continue to investigate migrating water from upstairs bar area, have Pest Control address fruit flies/drain flies, and close of false ceiling space with appropriate tile when complete. Continue to finish and clean up wall and baseboard repairs. Use steel wool as part of rodent barriers if activity noted.
**Plan is to refinish floor this spring summer. Send email when action plan and timeline defined to schedule follow up.

Walk-in cooler floor replacement in main kitchen not complete, but in works. Contractor has not set schedule for completion. Send email detailing work and completion date for re-inspection purposes.

Bar area under both ice wells a work in progress. Continue to clean up these spaces and build barrier to prevent spilled water from migrating to beverage pipe network and basement as discussed. Current plan to raise barrier 6 inches with option to increase if necessary in the future if barrier doesn't prevent food or other bar debris from accumulating. Send pics of completed work in this area.

Continue to have Pest Control actively address fruit/drain fly population in key areas as discussed. Supplement cleaning and maintenance with strategic trapping and pesticide use as per typical protocol in food environments.
