- Temperature log was available for the walk in cooler and display coolers. Ensure to keep min three months record for review by the health inspector.
- The operator has successfully passed the FOODSAFE level 1 course. Please submit a copy of the certificate once available to the health inspector.
- Submit pictures of the new metal splash board to the health inspector at derek.song@fraserhealth.ca for verification purposes.
