Cleaning has improved under cooking equipment. Staff indicate that equipment is being pulled out nightly for cleaning. Keep up an ongoing rotation of nightly cleaning under all equipment. Remember equipment legs, wheels, and sides. Food safety plans are under review due to new menu items. Please have Food Safety and Sanitation Plans up to date by next routine inspection (or email to me prior to this date if they are complete.)
