Follow-up Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- All handwashing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 200 ppm bleach concentration with test strip
- Pizza preparation cooler has been repaired and is measured at 4'C (top and bottom). Insert doors are observed in place.
- Glass door cooler measured at 3'C
- No signs of pests during inspection - front and back door observed closed
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained operator is available on site
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Operator has submitted proof of application for FOODSAFE Level 1 training for 1 more staff member to the health inspector via email
