2. Cream in dispenser unit measured at 11C.
Correction: 1. Adjust the cooler to reach temperature of 4C or colder (also known as salad cooler). Date to be corrected by: 2021/06/01
2. Operator voluntarily discarded the product. Adjust the cream/milk dispenser to maintain a temperature of 4C or colder. Corrected during inspection.
Comments

- Temperature of milk in cooler measured at 2.3C. Unit thermometer reads 35F. Good
- Operator stated that they replace the cream/milk dispenser cooler. Temperature measured at 6C. Operator's thermometer at 39F (4C). Temperature log checked, temperature <4C. Good.
- Handwashing sink and cup dispenser have been cleaned. Thank you
- Light bulb cover is replaced
- Temperature of wash water of low temp dishwasher reached 45C. Good.
