- All cleaning has been done. Ensure to follow cleaning schedule.
- Operator with FoodSafe Level 1 was on-site at time of inspection.
- Cook still to complete online FoodSafe training and email copy of certificate to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca
- Chicken battering/sauce station was properly set-up, with sauces covered to protect from possible contamination. Good.
- All Quats sanitizer buckets were tested to be at 200 ppm Quats. Reminder to change solution in buckets every 2 hours.
- No scoops were observed to be stored directly in dry ingredients. Good. Reminder that single-use items must also be discarded after each use.
